Fig. 1 FESEM micrograph of Bi1-x Ba x FeO3 samples: a x = 0.1, b x = 0.2, c x = 0.3 Figure 2 shows the XRD patterns of the Bi1-x Ba x FeO3 (x = 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) samples at room temperature. All the samples show a single-phase perovskite structure which implies that the doping does not lower the stabilization of BiFeO3.
